the most relaxed I have ever been…

When I first came to Cathy, as hard as it is for me to admit now, I felt low energy, emotionally overwhelmed and broken. I couldn’t picture a future I wanted for myself. I felt heavy, lacked hope, felt the steps forward were just too hard and was trying to figure out all the details of how I could make my life better in my head, which seemed just too overwhelming.

As I had more than one issue to work on I really enjoyed Cathy’s gentle and intuitive approach to what was needed, and her intuition was always on spot for us to identify the deep issues arising. Now, after 10 breathwork sessions, where I have truly deepened my connection to my own body, I picture myself as a healthy, fit and energetic person. I have taken steps to better my diet, my exercise routines, my work, my relationships and my life in general. I hold hope in my heart for my future life. I have learnt to relax whenever I feel I need to be more present in day to day life. I am feeling a lot more optimistic and positive towards life in general as well.

At each session through the simple yet profound breathwork practice, I felt the connection between my body, mind and emotions/thoughts. Cathy would always use the most beautiful visualisation or words to remove a negative emotion or belief and plant a joyful and uplifting feeling or belief in its place. I felt it at a very deep level, which led to a real shift in me afterwards.

I absolutely loved all the sessions with Cathy. I love her warmth as a person. Her voice is very therapeutic and the sessions with her probably were the most relaxed I have ever been.

I have recently completed a 10 session breathwork block with Cathy. I went in the with the intention of connecting to my voice, and I guess my aims were mainly physical.

It ended up being a deeply transformative spiritual journey, where I learnt so much about myself and my relationship to my breath and body.

My voice has improved (I sing) and this was definitely part of it, but the biggest gift was Cathy’s ability to hold space and ask the right question at just the right moment.

The insights I got were deep and profound, and have helped me traverse a very challenging time in my life, with ease and grace.

giving my body a voice was amazing!…

When I started breathwork sessions with Cathy I was very stressed, had been physically unwell for several weeks and had been left with a painful trapped nerve in my shoulder.

As breathwork is not a ‘hands-on’ treatment, I was surprised when that became the focus of one of our sessions. Connecting with the emotion and giving my body a voice was amazing!

There was an emotional shift and a relaxed calmness that had eluded me for a long time.

I learnt to breathe in a different way that is so deeply relaxing. If I feel stressed now, I can start to breathe in the way Cathy showed me and things feel easier.

I feel more connected to myself…

I have enjoyed, and been amazed by the clues and answers my body has revealed to me through my breathwork sessions with Cathy. It was like discovering an intelligence hidden inside me that answers if I just ask and listen. It has made me feel more connected to myself and previously hidden parts of me, and I feel capable and whole as a person.

I feel more confident and supported knowing that I can cope with different emotions and I’m no longer scared of feelings that will bubble up to the surface. It is also reassuring and comforting to know I have the breath as a tool to handle any intense emotional storm, that I can use the breath to connect body and spirit, be more aware and present, and trust that my body and breath will guide me forward in my life.

I felt Cathy holding me and supporting me through every session with so much care and tenderness and I always felt safe to express inner thoughts and feelings, never being judged.
